Our policy lasts 14 days. We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products; therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse.
However, if you receive an item that is misprinted/damaged/defective, you may receive a refund or exchange. You will need to send a picture of the damage product.
You may also receive an exchange for receiving the wrong size. However, we strongly suggest you view the size chart/description before placing your order. You must submit a claim within 14 days of receiving the product. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email us at email@example.com for further instructions on how to complete your return. Be sure to include RETURN in the subject line.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except when items are misprinted/damaged/defective.
